Testimonials

Don’t take it from me, though. Here is what my clients have had to say:

My truest priorities had been laying dormant, but through coaching with Aaron, I get excited about these calls.  I see the value. I like the momentum the regular calls give me. Aaron cares. He listens with intent. He delivers a landscape for improvement and ideas on how to ‘refine’ the game plan. I didn’t expect our sessions to have the impact on me that they have. Aaron fosters an environment that creates introspection and has challenged me on how to better and more effectively use my time. Invaluable.” – JT, Technology Recruiter

I can’t recommend working with Aaron highly enough. He helped me find clarity and focus on the central questions surrounding my work and life: how to find my values, how to prioritize based on those values, and how to show up for myself and others. Aaron guided me skillfully through these issues, challenging me while allowing me to establish my own direction. The coaching sessions have provided tremendous value to me as a leader and a worker, and have moved me closer to the person I want to be.” ER, Business Litigation Attorney

Working with Aaron has been a game changer for me. He is someone who truly cares about you as an individual and really takes the time to understand your goals and aspirations, both personally and professionally. He then develops practical strategies to help you overcome roadblocks that stand in the way of achieving your goals, while holding you accountable to them. Aaron has made a big difference for me, and I recommend him to anyone out there looking to improve their life.” – JC, Vice President of Trade Development

Aaron is an excellent coach: well prepared, knowledgeable, thoughtful, insightful, and patient. He provided me invaluable guidance at an inflection point in my career and personal life and I can’t recommend his approach enough. Aaron is also a great person and is an absolute pleasure to work with.” – OJ, Indigenous Rights Attorney

Aaron is a fantastic coach – often because of his unique ability to listen deeply & pick up on visual queues – but even more so because of his knack for helping one achieve tangible, self-realization of the activities and environments that create the most rewarding career path.” – AS, Head of Brand Partnerships
