Video Webinar at SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London)

I recently had the good fortune of being invited by Prof. Helen Macnaughtan and Charles Tailandier-Ubsdell to (virtually) speak at the Japan Research Centre at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, about my work on corporal punishment and educational discipline in schools and sports settings in Japan. My book about these issues has been translated and will soon published in Japanese; you can pre-order it here. Many thanks to Prof. Ishii Masayuki of Waseda University and his team for translating it. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel.
